Welcome to eBride, a digital wedding invitation platform provided by eBride Wedding Indonesia. By accessing or using our services through the website at ebride.id (including any subdomains under .ebride.id), you confirm that you have carefully reviewed and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and eBride Wedding Indonesia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

eBride provides a comprehensive digital wedding invitation platform with the following core functionalities:
The specific features available to you depend on your selected Service Package. eBride reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any features with or without prior notice.
To access eBride services, you must create a User Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may use eBride solely for creating and managing wedding invitations and related celebratory events in accordance with these terms.
You expressly agree NOT to:
eBride is designed for use with standard, unmodified devices. We reserve the right to restrict access from modified, jailbroken, or rooted devices that may compromise Platform security.
You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you upload to eBride, including photographs, videos, text, and event details.
By uploading User Content to the Platform, you grant eBride a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content for the following purposes:
This license continues for the duration of your use of the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter to accommodate technical caching and backup systems.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content:
eBride reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice or liability.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform itself—including the eBride name, logo, design templates, software code, user interface, and original graphics—are owned exclusively by eBride Wedding Indonesia. You may not use these materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Access to eBride services requires payment according to the Service Package you select. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. eBride does not store your complete credit card or banking information. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charges for your selected package.
When Guests send cashless donations (angpao) through the Platform, transaction fees or processing charges may apply. These fees support payment gateway costs and platform maintenance. Fee structures will be clearly communicated before transactions are completed.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once your Event details have been published and invitations distributed. However, eBride may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical failures or service unavailability caused by Platform errors.
eBride reserves the right to modify pricing for Service Packages at any time. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions but will apply to renewals or new purchases.
eBride collects and processes personal information necessary to provide services, including User registration details, Event information, Guest data (names, emails, phone numbers), and payment information.
Your data will be used exclusively for:
eBride will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers (payment processors, hosting services) strictly for operational purposes under confidentiality agreements.
When you upload Guest contact information, you confirm that you have obtained necessary permissions from those individuals to share their data through the Platform and send them Digital Invitations.
eBride implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security (see Section 9 - Limitation of Liability).

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, eBride shall not be liable for:
In any event, eBride's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Service Package in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
eBride is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, or other force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eBride Wedding Indonesia, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
eBride may temporarily suspend access to the Platform for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We will attempt to provide advance notice when feasible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
eBride reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Platform features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of significant changes that materially affect core functionality.
eBride may discontinue the service entirely with sixty (60) days' notice. In such event, we will provide Users reasonable opportunity to export their data.
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect for as long as you access or use the eBride Platform.
You may terminate your User Account at any time by contacting customer support. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of eBride services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies through the Indonesian court system.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any Privacy Policy and Service Package descriptions, constitute the entire agreement between you and eBride regarding use of the Platform.
eBride may update these terms at any time by posting revised versions on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by eBride to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without eBride's written consent. eBride may freely assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In the event of conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail.
